Etsimme Fiskarsin Billnäsin tehtaalle Raaseporiin vakituiseen työsuhteeseen

KUNNOSSAPIDON TYÖNJOHTAJAA

jonka pääasiallisena tehtävänä on tehtaan mekaanisen kunnossapidon sekä työkalujen huolto- ja asennustöiden suunnittelu ja johtaminen. Kunnossapidon työnjohtaja huolehtii oman alueensa resurssien, varaosien ja tarvikkeiden suunnittelusta ja hankinnasta.  Tärkeä osa työnjohtajan teh­tävää on toimia esimiehenä reilun 10 hengen tiimille. Esimiehen tehtäviin kuuluvat päivittäis­joh­ta­misen lisäksi mm. oman alaisten ammatillisesta kehittymisestä ja työturvallisuudesta vastaa­minen. Tehtävässä tarvitaan noin viiden vuoden esimieskokemuksen lisäksi hyviä ihmissuhde­tai­toja, koska toimit oman tiimisi lisäksi yhteistyössä koko tehtaan henkilöstön kanssa. Tehdas toi­mii kolmessa vuorossa sunnuntai-illasta perjantai-iltaan. Työnjohtaja tekee pääosin päivätyötä, mutta edellytämme valmiutta toimia joustavasti tuotannon vaatimusten mukaisesti sekä valmiu­den tehdä tarvittaessa myös hälytysluonteista työtä.

Accountant – Accounts Payable

Fiskars Functional Products’ Category Management team is looking for a

Senior Product Manager, Cookware

Position is based in Fiskars Campus Helsinki, Finland 

Our company is the oldest company in Finland (after Finnish post office though), but we still have some work to do and there you - dear candidate - come in the picture. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive sustainable growth for Fiskars cookware business globally. Geographical focus will be on our European business while increasingly collaborating across our Global Category Management team to create and manage product offerings sold globally. In your role you will be responsible for consumer-focused portfolio lifecycle management reflecting the category strategy. You have active role in the cookware category strategy development together with the Cooking category Business Lead and you manage the innovation roadmap for cookware category and execute international launches.  Also, as this is a senior role, it is pictured that this role will carry team lead responsibilities in the near future based on the set category ambitions.

Success in the role will require close collaboration in cross functional and virtual teams with R&D, Consumer Insights, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales. You report to respective Cooking category Business Lead but in the end of the day we are looking for a good team player, who enjoys working as part of a bigger team.

The Executive HR Assistant will provide timely and effective high-level assistance and administrative support to the CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) and to the CoE and our HR leadership team.

NPD Coordinator (fixed term family leave replacement)

Position is based in Fiskars Group Campus Helsinki, Finland. Position is fixed term family leave replacement for one and a half year.   

Summary of the job:

The NPD Coordinator has a key role in supporting and securing that the New Product Development (NPD) process works smoothly and meets its targets. She/he is managing operative tasks in the process and assisting in NPD projects and managing small NPD related projects. She/he is acting as a key user and managing the Project Management tool (Starbrix) as well as supporting the NPD Process team of Scandinavian Living and E&CL businesses. She/he is acting as IPR coordinator for Scandinavian Living Business being the key contact to Fiskars IPR unit. 

Key tasks:

  • Manage the Project management tool as a key user including user education and support and the tool development

  • NPD process training and support 

  • Operative tasks in steering and reviewing the NPD projects, organising meeting schedules and making meeting notes, providing reports and documentation as needed and maintaining records

  • Assisting in NPD projects e.g. samples, packaging development and data collection 

  • Managing small projects

  • Acting as an IPR coordinator for Scandinavian Living business. 

  • Providing information on product names, designs, domain needs and ensuring copyright related agreements are in line with the instructions. 

  • Assisting in material collection, document handling and document management.

  • Using the agreed IPR related tools.

  • Coordinating general administrative tasks 

  • Acting as an active collaborator across Fiskars units

To succeed in this position we expect you to have:

  • BBA or equivalent education and experience

  • 3 years of coordinator, marketing and/or new product development experience. IPR experience is considered an advantage.

  • Project management skills

  • Organising skills, capability to proceed with several projects/tasks within their timelines

  • Ability to work precisely with attention to details

  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both oral and written

Sourcing Engineer has both sourcing skills & technical problem-solving ability. He/She works independently in NPD process and industrialization of products, covering supplier selection, product costing, tooling & FA confirmation, and ramp up. He/She also contributes to ongoing products improvement during mass production. Sourcing Engineer takes a leading role in supplier management, good quality standards and has high integrity. 

Main Tasks include below:

1. NPD management: independently control cost, timeline & Fiskars quality standard from receiving initial concept design to pilot run;

2. Supplier management: lead new suppliers selection and audit; coach existing suppliers to achieve Fis3. Production innovation: actively review and propose on new and existing products, achieving better quality, cost improvement, high manufacturing efficiency, etc.

As project leader, work closely with the internal customer and the supplier, and track supplier performance in the whole process till product delivered.

5.Supplier management: screen new suppliers, lead comprehensive audit and perform technical and capability on-site assessment; handle and track all kinds of suppliers agreements to be signed; drive cost improvement on timely basis with technology and commercial means; enrich supplier base and build healthy relationship with suppliers.

6.Actively communicate with internal customers to understand design trend and suggest technical solution.

Qualification:

  • University degree in Ceramics, other technical field, experience in manufacturing, and quality control.
  • 7 years relevant experience

  • Strong overall sourcing competency, including sourcing strategy, supplier & cost management;

Sourcing Manager is an experienced sourcing expert with strong business insight and commercial knowhow who is familiar with sourcing category  he/she is responsible for.   He/she is responsible to implement category strategy  across the Supplier base.   • Implementing Fiskars Supplier Management framework and implementing category strategy within supplier base. Target and goal setting for Vendors based on Material Area targets. Communication with Vendors, follow-up and corrective actions.
  • Securing total cost competitiveness by competition, cost breakdowns and efficient negotition process with suppliers
  • Supply market monitoring (e.g. technologies, changes of the cost factors). Controlling IPR and CoC violations.
  • Managing sourcing activities (RFx) with Suppliers in NPD process
    One point of sourcing contact for NPD after G1 milestone
  • Leading potential supplier and technologies screening, sharing the knowledge with Category management and NPD
  • Leading material area specific matrix team in Sourcing office. Contributing virtual material area team.  Coaching and leading competence development of team members ensuring that the competences match with business requirements. (For Line Managers Only)
