Team Assistant for Supply Chain

The role is to support Supply Chain team at the Fiskars campus in Helsinki. You operate daily functions and duties, including meeting arrangements, SharePoint documentation, Basware P2P invoice handling and travel arrangements as well as travel claims, to support to the team as well as being the heart of the office 

You ensure that we all take care of the office environment so that it stays nice and efficient. In addition, there can be other administrative tasks and ad hoc requests as you know since you are pro. You will be working closely with Executive Assistant to Chief Supply Chain Officer.

You have the following; 

• relevant business administrative education or equivalent 

• around 3 years of relevant work experience in assistant work in an international environment

• Excellent organizing skills

• Fluent English skills (oral and written)

• IT skills, fluent in digital environment and tools
