Fiskars Group’s IT unit is looking for a
IT Business Analyst, Digital Consumer Experience
This role is both analytic and creative. The IT Business Analyst of Digital Consumer Experience (CX) will analyze and interpret consumer behavior related to an interactive digital experience.
You will responsibly test the architecture of a digital experience, taking it from concept to launch. Conceptualizing, designing and beta testing digital interactions are key to this role. You will be primarily focused on user experience (UX) and website experiences – but must have the ability to reach beyond web to cover all digital experiences that may encompass how a consumer interacts with our brands. Therefore, experience and understanding especially from a consumer brand environment is a distinct plus.
The role includes:
- Setting up and carrying out consumer usability testing
- Define the overall consumer objectives and journey
- Analyze consumer usability and search data to generate consumer insight
- Developing information architecture
- Developing meta data taxonomies that make sense in a digital experience
- Developing interactive prototypes
- Creating an interaction design
- Building design interfaces
Understanding UX across multiple digital devices is critical. You must be an organized yet creative thinker with a good sense of the overall goal of the digital experience and then able to develop the road map to achieving it.
You preferably have at least a bachelor level degree, and a strong UX and CX background. Experience of working with Agile methodologies, and clear view on how to facilitate and run CX projects. We expect you to have 3-5 years of experience of working with UX and CX projects.
You are an excellent verbal and visual communicator, with the flexibility and patience to try new things. You are known for your ability to solve problems in creative ways. You understand the way consumers use a particular digital product. You will be tasked with finding a way to answer, “Should we do that? and Why?” when it comes to digital experience design.
