Fiskars Group has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative professional who wants to make the Everyday Extraordinary!

Customer Service Representative Export

Fiskars Group’s Export Customer service is tasked with the total order management from the point of quotation to invoicing, including availability management, campaign maintenance, delivery supervision, as well as invoicing and after-sales service handling. 

Customer Service Representative will work with order management processes using SAP ECC software function, covering the execution of a sales order from the point of entry through to the payment for a multi-brand customer base as well as Fiskars daughter companies in other countries. You will work closely with the Sales managers, Sales planning and Supply chain teams. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Order registration and confirmation;
  • Delivery supervision;
  • Assisting customers on a wide range of issues, such as availability, logistics, material specifications;
  • Claims handling;
  • Preparation of ad-hoc data reports;
  • Invoicing;
  • Processing of sales orders within assigned customer base;
  • Maintenance of customers’ and work instructions;
  • Master data maintenance

You have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in suitable field (commerce/business administration). You have solid experience in wholesale and inter-company customer service jobs as well as good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC, BW) and order management flows. Previous experience and knowledge of customs processes and regulations, as well as GDPR legislation is seen as an asset. We expect you to have +3 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities.

You are a dynamic and communicative person who enjoys maintaining professional dialogue with customers from all over the world. As a person you are patient and emphatic and you have willingness to help customers. English will be your daily working language. The job is based at our HQ in Helsinki, Finland.
