Iittala & Arabia Muotoilukeskuksessa kävijä pääsee tutustumaan Suomen arvostetuimpien brändien rikkaaseen muotoiluperintöön Designmuseo Arabiassa. Design Labissä kävijä voi kurkistaa tulevaisuuteen tai osallistua tapahtumiin ja workshoppeihin. Ohjatuilla kierroksilla kävijät pääsevät tutustumaan myös Arabian taideosastoyhdistyksen studioihin. Iittala & Arabia Design Centre Storessa on esillä brändien koko nykyvalikoima; lisäksi saatavilla on Fiskarsin keittiötuotteita.

Iittala & Arabia Muotoilukeskuksen määräaikaisiin asiakaspalvelijan loamsijaistehtäviin kuuluu museotilasta huolehtiminen, Design Lab –tilan näyttelyn ylläpito ja kävijöiden kysymyksiin vastaaminen. Myös tilassa olevien teknisten laitteiden (kahvikone, iPad, screen jne.) ylläpito kuuluu asiakaspalvelijan toimenkuvaan. Asiakaspalvelija vastaa siitä, että Muotoilukeskukseen tuleviin puheluihin ja sähköposteihin vastataan asiantuntevasti sekä huolehditaan Muotoilukeskuksessa olevien kirjojen myynnistä ja kävijöiden opastamisesta alakerran Iittala-myymälään.

Asiakaspalvelijan toimipiste sijaitsee Design Lab –tilassa Hämeentie 135 A:n 9.kerroksessa.

Työaika on ti – pe klo 12 – 18 ja viikonloppuisin klo 10-16 eli 6 pv/vk. Maanantaisin Muotoilukeskuksen 9. krs on suljettu.

Asiakaspalvelijalta odotetaan hyviä asiakaspalvelutaitoja, sujuvaa englannin kielen taitoa (muu kielitaito katsotaan eduksi) sekä perehtyneisyyttä kassan käsittelyyn. Menestyksekäs tehtävän hoitaminen edellyttää myös kykyä hallita yllättäviä tilanteita sekä asiakaslähtöistä asennetta ja tapaa toimia. Suomalaisen muotoilun ja historian tuntemus katsotaan eduksi.

Fiskars Functional Products business in EMEA is looking for an

HR Manager

to provide business partnership, human resource expertise and leadership on two key fronts. On the one hand, to support the business teams of Business & Portfolio Management, R&D, Brand & Integrated Marketing Communications, and Go to Market in translating the long and short term business goals into productive people management plans and actions. And on the other hand, coordinating and driving the implementation and continuous development of key HR processes across EMEA.
The HR Manager is part of the SBU Functional HR team and reports to Head of HR, Functional EMEA. The role is based in Helsinki, Finland.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Leadership
• Operates as a HR business partner for business management of the organisations in scope to translate both long and short term business goals into productive people management plans and actions
• Owns HR strategies, goals, frames and plans as agreed with the management within the responsible area and ensures smooth and excellent implementation of key people agenda
• Supports respective management as a change agent in fostering a strong Fiskars culture which promotes the Fiskars values and leadership behaviors
• Defines and implements change management activities for programs and projects in the respective businesses
HR Process Implementation and Development
• Plans and coordinates the implementation of the annual HR processes in own scope and for EMEA, including Performance Management, Rewarding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Management & Leadership Development
• Drives regular process reviews to identify development opportunities and to turn them into coordinated development actions together with the HR community to build a consistent portfolio of common processes and ways of working
Workforce Management & Resourcing
• Conducts headcount planning, regular monitoring and people data analysis, and contributes to EMEA workforce planning to develop and implement sound resourcing plans in line with business strategy
• Facilitates recruitment processes, supporting managers with search, selection and onboarding of new employees in a timely manner with the support of effective recruitment tools
Capability Development
• Contributes to the capability development planning within EMEA to compile, analyse and prioritise business needs
• Drives development planning for the teams in scope and supports managers with monitoring progress of the planned actions
Compensation and Benefits
• Ensures implementation of sound C&B practices through guiding managers in rewarding and recognition

• Facilitates effective employee communications activities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s Degree in Management or Human Resources or other applicable field   
• At least 7 years in relevant HR roles, preferably in international matrix environments  
• Proven track record of providing generalist HR support to a dynamic business organisation and working out productive people management solutions through the application of professional HR practices and processes. Experience with digitally advanced businesses is a benefit. 
• Strong experience of implementing fundamental people management processes like resourcing, performance management, and talent & capability management in an international environment, and implementing consistent process improvement activities in line with functional guidance and business needs.   
• Experience with capability development solutions and building development oriented working relationships with stakeholders on all levels.   
• Understanding of labor legislation, collective agreements and consultation requirements. 
• Proven track record of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and implementing sound change management practices.   
• Effective user of common tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint) for data management, communications and virtual collaboration.   
• Fluent written and spoken English. Finnish is an advantage

Fiskars Living Supply Chain is seeking for a Plant Business Controller to join the team

Plant Business Controller Iittala is a key member of the management team in the Iittala factory driving a sustainable financial agenda at the site to reduce our unit cost and improve efficiency. You’ll take ownership of the COGS, inventory and CAPEX development at the site together with the factory director, and you create a result oriented environment founded on accountability. Monthly/quarterly reporting and year end closing of the unit are a part of your remit and will be done in line with Fiskars guidelines. You ensure that calculation of the standard cost for the products (SAP calculation runs) will be done in a consistent and accurate manner. With data/analysis you provide the basis for fact based decision making and support the management/personnel with financial insight related to development plans. You also take part systems / process development at the plant and in wider development initiatives within the Living Supply Chain Finance community. You will also support the Hämeenlinna Distribution Center by providing business support to the team.

 

This position is based in Iittala and requires readiness to travel to Hämeenlinna DC andto a lesser extent Helsinki as required. In this position you’ll report to the Director Finance, Living Supply Chain and in matrix to Living Factory Director

 

Your key responsibility areas will be:

  • Monthly quarterly and year end reporting and reporting development                              

  • Efficient capital spending (CAPEX) and Inventory - Establish ROI culture and tight cost and inventory control                                          

  • Product costing - Responsible for product costing runs, standard costs and monitoring plant variance development                                               

  • Member of the plant management team providing insight with data/analysis to support Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) improvement and driving COGS down                   

  • Participation in Living Supply Chain development projects                                             

  • System and process ownership/development

 

To succeed in this position we’ll expect you to have

  • Applicable Master's/Bachelor's degree              

  • Working experience overall  for 5-10 years                                 

  • Experience of FMCG / process industry and manufacturing                                

  • Accounting skills, both in financial and management accounting                         

  • Analytical skills including IT systems and office tools                            

  • Strong communication skills: presentation, interpersonal, ability to maneuver across level
