Financial calendar 2012

Fiskars Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2012 as follows:

• Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2011 on February 9, 2012
• Interim Report for January - March on May 3, 2012
• Interim Report for January - June on August 2, 2012
• Interim Report for January - September on November 1, 2012

The Annual Report for the year 2011 will be published in electronic format during week 8 and in print during week 10.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki, Finland, on March 15, 2012 at 15.00.

Fiskars has adopted a silent period of three weeks prior to the publication of results. During this period comments on market situation or company prospects are not available from Fiskars.
