Fiskars share

Fiskars' shares are traded in the Large Cap segment of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The company's series A and series K shares were combined in July 2009. Trading code for the share is now FIS1V (earlier FISAS and FISKS).

The share capital amounts to EUR77,510,200. The total number of shares is 82,023,341, including 112,619 treasury shares. Fiskars is not aware of any valid shareholder agreements.
