SOURCING CATEGORY SPECIALIST   

 

Sourcing Category Specialist is an experienced sourcing professional with strong business insight. He/she supports the creation and implementation of a global sourcing category strategy across business areas. Sourcing Category Specialist is accountable for ensuring effective vendor base for the category and securing strong sourcing contribution to product management, concepting and new product development on strategic, tactical and operative levels. Head of e-commerce, Europe Sales

As a head of e-commerce, you will lead the development and implementation of executional European e-commerce strategies across Fiskars core product categories in accordance with the overall company business strategy. You will be part of the Fiskars European go-to-market team and lead in matrix the local sales team members in corresponding roles. You will also co-operate closely with digital marketing professionals in Fiskars Business Units.

Your key activities and responsibilities are:

  • Developing and implementing e-commerce channel / category management strategies including 4P Success Models for online pure player as well as brick & mortar e-retailers as part of a European Fiskars online go-to-market approach in accordance with the overall business strategy.                                                         

  • Establishing and implementing strong local e-commerce partnership models with online distributors and brick & mortar e-retailers in close cooperation with local sales teams

To succeed in this position we expect you to have:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Management or related field         

  • 8+ years progressive selling experience (customer management, business development incl. new channels, digital marketing considered as a benefit) with major brick & mortar retail accounts and international online pure players , at least 4 years in a leading sales management role managing sales professionals in a (FM)CG environment directly or functionally. Experience in B-to-C online retailer or multi-channel retail environment is an asset.

Regional Trade Marketing Manager –Living products (APAC)

As the Regional Trade Marketing Manager for Living products, you will be responsible for the direction and management of the marketing and promotion of Asia Living products and brands. You will act as a project manager to ensure that key trade marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget in order to meet organizational sales and profit objectives.  In addition, you need to have a thorough understanding of both, retail and wholesale strategy in order to be the conduit between sales, marketing, and the rest of the organization.  In order to succeed in this, the position works in close co-operation with countries Sales Unit Managers, Business development Director and Area Managers and in HQ with Brand Marketing, Finance, Operations, S&OP, NPD and colleagues in Homeware.

Major Activities & Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Marketing Director, Sales Region Asia-Pacific to develop an integrated Regional Master Marketing Plan for Living brands, with targets set with Business Director - Living Asia Pacific and Country Managers.  Develop promotional strategies for end consumers and channels to achieve increased placement of promotions and other marketing/merchandising plans resulting in incremental sales.

  • Act as a project manager in developing promotions, merchandising, and Point of Purchase (POP) materials for end consumers and channels.  Coordinate efforts between sales, marketing, creative, packaging, operations, purchasing, and finance to develop promotions to help drive profitable incremental sales.  This position is also responsible for promotional post-audit.

  • Assist with Customer Product Line Reviews by working with the product marketing and sales teams to develop presentations that will increase shelf space and market share, and solidify our position as a key supplier to our customers. Develop strategic plans for key customers and assist the sales team in presenting to customers.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team/Training Manager to develop sales/product training programs and materials to help support our rep agencies’ selling efforts.  This includes maintaining the sales tool kit.

  • Be a recognized expert on channels to improve the organizaion's ability to efficiently meet the needs of the marketplace.  Work closely with sales planning:

    • Assist with the analysis of POS data, and facilitate the category management process

    • Regularly report on market trends and competitive information

    • Regularly report on retailer product mix information

  • Work with Business Unit Product Managers to develop product launch marketing plans.  Localize sales and marketing materials related to new product launches.  Customize new product presentations for Sales meetings and shows.  Determine ATL & BTL with subsidiaries where applicable to work closely with regional PR & Communication Manager.

  • Work closely with PR/Communication Manager on media budget, negotiations and planning with PR agency, implementation, collecting the results and quality/quantity analyses.          

 

To succeed in this position we expect you to have:

Education Degree – Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent

Experience in years – 10 years progressively responsible sales and marketing experience preferred. Must have extensive experience in retail and wholesale in Asian markets in managerial regional jobs. Preferably experience in international consumer goods company and international brand(s).

Major Activities & Responsibilities

  1. Presents complex technical, financial and regulatory issues and articulates recommended approach supported by facts to ensure buy in from various internal and external customers.

  4. Staff and recruit for professional-level roles in an efficient and cost-effective manner while maintaining the organization’s qualifications of hiring the best.  Administrative and high-level involvement required throughout the process; will run a position from day 1 to final fill.
  5. Ensure legally required statistical reports and audits are completed as scheduled; provide recommendations for improvements in plan performance.
  6. Support in coordinating a fluent employment process in the region; e.g. employment contracts, pensions & insurances, compensation & benefits. Coordinating and supporting the employee administration tasks for regional office

Job Qualification

Education Degree: Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience in years: At least 5-8 years of experience in the HR field and experience in the area of compensation and benefits is required

Creative Designer (APAC)

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, Business Region Asia-Pacific.

Summary of The Job

The Creative Designer is responsible for producing visual design solutions that best translate marketing and brand strategies. He/She will be responsible for the adaptation, development and execution of packaging, retail displays graphics, store fittings, window displays, marketing collateral and other brand communication needs from concept to production, with the goal to improve the visibility at the Point of Sales.

Major Activities & Responsibilities

  1. Adapt, conceive, create and develop design solutions for retail packaging, visual merchandising (i.e. POP materials, GWPs, Still images etc), marketing collateral, and other brand communication materials.
  2. Create designs that meet marketing criteria and maintain brand identity standards.
  3. Prepare digital files for reproduction following department guidelines, delivers to traffic coordinator for approval and vendor delivery.
  4. Create conceptual drawings, 3D renderings and technical drawings.
  5. Assist the coordination of projects requested by subsidiaries at a Regional level
  6. Develop mockups samples for customer presentations including packaging and digital renderings.

Regional Digital Director, Business Region Asia-Pacific

 

As the Regional Digital Director for the Asia-Pacific region, you are expected to provide leadership and vision to define and drive the regional digital marketing and e-commerce activities. You will be responsible for leading the regional digital team as well as developing and managing the regional digital strategy in line with global business unit and business region strategies, identifying and implementing key elements to grow Fiskars digital presence in the region, including digital marketing, direct and indirect e-commerce channels, and in-store digital solutions. The Regional Digital Director shall also support regional management on exploration towards industry benchmark in digital, providing insights on technology solutions, e-commerce systems, product and services, advertising and branding techniques, analytical applications and operational processes, working cross functionally to coordinate execution and synergy of effort from supporting departments. In this role you will report directly to the Resident, Business Region Asia-Pacific.

 

Major Activities and Responsibilities:

 

Your key responsibility will be the Digital strategy for the Asia-Pacific Business Region based on the overall Business Unit strategy and the global marketing communication and media strategy as well as setting up and follow-up of KPIs and reporting. You will be expected to take a strategic view of the digital marketing and e-commerce landscape, keeping current with industry best practices and trends. You will define the Asia-Pacific digital marketing roadmap with focus on building brand awareness and content marketing, build the platform, development roadmap and resource plan for the brand websites for regional markets, digital content, digital marketing activities, and social media communication channels. Another key activity will be defining the regional e-commerce strategic roadmap, developing and implementing an e-commerce strategy with the aim of transforming it into a profitability driver. In this role, you will be accountable for the overall regional digital strategy and lead the e-commerce channel growth, driving e-commerce sales growth, share and ROI growth in the region. You are also expected to set growth targets and KPIs (e.g. volume, value, share, margin, click-through-rates, ROI).                                                      

 

As a team leader you are also expected to set up and develop digital marketing and e-commerce team routines, KPIs and performance evaluation. You will be expected to seek and provide feedback and coaching to enhance performance while developing your team for skills and capabilities for their current and future roles. Du machst aus deinen Kunden Iittala-Fans

Alle Rheinmetropolen und Hansestädte liegen dir zu Füßen, denn du verstehst es, unsere Iittala-Produkte ins rechte Licht zu setzen und markenbewusste deutschen Großstädter mit skandinavischem Design zu verwöhnen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, in ganz Norddeutschland mit Schwerpunkt NRW, ein Vertriebsnetzwerk für unser Brand Iittala aufzubauen. Zu deinem Kundenkreis gehören sowohl bekannte Warenhäuser als auch Einzelhandelsgeschäfte wie zum Beispiel Design-Läden. Du weißt genau, welcher Konsumententyp Iittala-Produkte kauft und wo er zu finden ist. Genau dort sorgst du für die Präsentation unserer Iittala-Produkte und landest damit nicht selten einen Überraschungscoup bei unseren Endkunden.

Was machst Du als Regionaler Account Manager konkret?

Du willst den deutschen Markt mit Iittala-Design erobern und nimmst dazu Kontakt auf mit Bestands- und Neukunden, die sich unseren Produkten langfristig verschreiben wollen. Zusammen mit dem Key Account Manager baust du ein Distributionsnetzwerks für die Marke Iittala in dafür interessanten Städten in Norddeutschland auf. Du bist jederzeit auf der Suche nach neuen geeigneten Geschäften und Orten, um Iittala mithilfe interessanter Verkaufskonzepte zu platzieren und deinen Umsatz zu steigern. Du verbringst die meiste Zeit der Woche bei Kunden vor Ort. Deine Vor- und Nachbereitung findet zu Hause im Home-Office-Verband statt. Als regionaler Account Manager bist du ständig bei Kunden vor Ort und hast du ein Gespür für Timing und die richtige Verkaufsstrategie. Du legst die Latte für dich selbst sehr hoch, doch dabei verlierst du den guten Kontakt zu deinen (zukünftigen) Kunden nicht aus den Augen.

Das bist Du
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Hochschul-/ Ausbildung (Abitur mit anschließender Ausbildung, Berufsakademie, Bachelor bzw. vergleichbar)
1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, Erfahrung als Store Manager sehr wünschenswert
Du hast eine Vorliebe für Design und bist markenbewusst
Deine Englischkenntnisse sind ausgezeichnet
Du wohnst in Norddeutschland bzw. Nordrhein-Westfalen

Du sprühst vor Ideen und Unternehmergeist.Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, Pioniergeist und Ausdauer. Gleichzeitig möchtest du Umsatz machen und neue Kunden akquirieren. Außerdem hast du ein ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen und den Ehrgeiz, die besten Resultate zu erzielen.

Dein Team

In der Rolle als regionaler Account Manager bist du viel unterwegs oder arbeitest du von zu Hause aus. Du bist Teil eines deutschlandweit dezentralen Teams, das neben dir aus einem weiteren regionalen Account Manager, dem Key Account Manager, dem Trade Marketing Manager und dem Customer Service-Mitarbeiter besteht. Zusammen betreut ihr den deutschen Markt und untersteht ihr dem Head of Sales in den Niederlanden. 6 – 8 Mal jährlich trifft sich das gesamte Team einschließlich der Vertriebskollegen aus den Benelux; abwechselnd in Deutschland und den Niederlanden
