Du machst aus deinen Kunden Iittala-Fans
Alle liegen sie dir zu Füßen, sowohl große Warenhäuser als auch Einzelhändler und Online-Parteien, denn du verstehst es, unsere Iittala-Produkte ins rechte Licht zu setzen und langfristige Partnerschaften mit Retailern einzugehen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, den Marktanteil von Iittala in deinem Vertriebsgebiet zu vergrößern. Du hast dafür einen eigenen Absatzplan entwickelt, bleibst aber daneben auch mit kreativen Ideen ständig auf der Suche nach neuen Wegen, um dein Ziel zu erreichen. Das Vertriebsnetzwerk baust du zusammen mit den regionalen Account Managern in Deutschland auf, wobei du derjenige bist, der eine führende Rolle in der Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie übernimmt. Zu deinem Kundenkreis gehören zum Beispiel die bekanntesten Warenhäuser Deutschlands mit zahlreichen Niederlassung, Design-Läden, Einrichtungshäuser, Weinhändler bzw. Geschäfte aller Art, in denen Iittala-Kunden zu finden sind.

Was machst Du als Key Account Manager konkret?
Du bist ein Pionier im eigenen Land: Du willst den deutschen Markt mit Iittala-Design erobern und gehst dabei planmäßig vor. Du baust ein Distributionsnetzwerks für die Marke Iittala in dafür interessanten Städten auf. Du schließt auf Langfristigkeit angelegte Partnerschaften mit geeigneten Retailern. Dabei achtest du darauf, dass die Zusammenarbeit zu einer Win-win-Situation führt. Du arbeitest mit den regionalen Account Managern eng zusammen; du verkennst zusammen mit ihnen vielversprechende Städte und Regionen, wobei sich jeder auf seinen eigenen Schwerpunkt konzentriert. Du bist durchgängig auf der Suche nach neuen Absatzmärkten und Möglichkeiten, unsere Iittala-Konzepte in den geeigneten Läden zu platzieren. Du verbringst die meiste Zeit der Woche bei Kunden vor Ort. Deine Vor- und Nachbereitung findet zu Hause im Home-Office-Verband statt. Als Key Account Manager hast du eine B2B-Rolle inne, aber du verkaufst Markenartikel in einem B2C-Segment. Ein solides Partnerschaftsmanagement, bei dem sich alles um Zuverlässigkeit, Vertrauen und Professionalität dreht, ist dabei das A und O.

Dein Team
In der Rolle als Key Account Manager bist du viel unterwegs oder arbeitest du von zu Hause aus. Du bist Teil eines deutschlandweit dezentralen Teams, das neben dir aus den regionalen Account Managern, dem Trade Marketing Manager und dem Customer Service-Mitarbeiter besteht. Zusammen betreut ihr den deutschen Markt und untersteht ihr dem Head of Sales in den Niederlanden. 6 – 8 Mal jährlich trifft sich das gesamte Team einschließlich der Vertriebskollegen aus den Benelux, wobei du dafür etwa 4 Mal im Jahr in die Niederlande reisen wirst.

Du machst aus deinen Kunden Iittala-Fans

Alle Rheinmetropolen und Hansestädte liegen dir zu Füßen, denn du verstehst es, unsere Iittala-Produkte ins rechte Licht zu setzen und markenbewusste deutschen Großstädter mit skandinavischem Design zu verwöhnen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, in ganz Norddeutschland mit Schwerpunkt NRW, ein Vertriebsnetzwerk für unser Brand Iittala aufzubauen. Zu deinem Kundenkreis gehören sowohl bekannte Warenhäuser als auch Einzelhandelsgeschäfte wie zum Beispiel Design-Läden. Du weißt genau, welcher Konsumententyp Iittala-Produkte kauft und wo er zu finden ist. Genau dort sorgst du für die Präsentation unserer Iittala-Produkte und landest damit nicht selten einen Überraschungscoup bei unseren Endkunden.

Was machst Du als Regionaler Account Manager konkret?

Du willst den deutschen Markt mit Iittala-Design erobern und nimmst dazu Kontakt auf mit Bestands- und Neukunden, die sich unseren Produkten langfristig verschreiben wollen. Zusammen mit dem Key Account Manager baust du ein Distributionsnetzwerks für die Marke Iittala in dafür interessanten Städten in Norddeutschland auf. Du bist jederzeit auf der Suche nach neuen geeigneten Geschäften und Orten, um Iittala mithilfe interessanter Verkaufskonzepte zu platzieren und deinen Umsatz zu steigern. Du verbringst die meiste Zeit der Woche bei Kunden vor Ort. Deine Vor- und Nachbereitung findet zu Hause im Home-Office-Verband statt. Als regionaler Account Manager bist du ständig bei Kunden vor Ort und hast du ein Gespür für Timing und die richtige Verkaufsstrategie. Du legst die Latte für dich selbst sehr hoch, doch dabei verlierst du den guten Kontakt zu deinen (zukünftigen) Kunden nicht aus den Augen.

The primary elements of this key role are to lead and manage the Digital Marketing team and to ensure a cutting edge digital brand presence.  For the first 18 months this position is based in Helsinki. After this relocating to Munich or Copenhagen is possible.

In this position you will:
• Lead the planning, development and implementation of the Fiskars digital marketing strategy  based on strong consumer insight
• Drive the Fiskars' digital presence by creating innovative ideas that link the digital media to our brand strategy and objectives
• Lead the planning, implementation, execution, reporting, testing, and improvement of digital campaigns and other content

To succeed in this position we expect you to have:

• Relevant Master's Degree, preferably in brand and/or digital marketing
• 8+  years of digital marketing experience (including but not limited to display, video, search, social, mobile, programmatic buying); experience in CRM, SEO
• Proven leadership in brand development and execution, with the end goal to enhance, introduce or protect the brand
• Proven senior level digital marketing experience across all digital disciplines, including campaign strategy, online planning and buying across all digital channels including mobile and social media
• Knowledge of industry standard tools and technologies; analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and online marketing metrics
• Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across critical, sometimes changing deadlines

As a Head of Go-to-Market, Garden  & Yard Care Products, you will lead the development and implementation of executional Go-to-Market strategies and 4P Success Models for our Fiskars Garden & Yard Care (GYC) categories across all European markets and key mass market channels like DIY’s, garden center groups and groceries in accordance with the overall company business strategy. You will lead in matrix the local customer and shopper marketing professionals working with GYC product categories, and co-operate closely with the Business Unit responsible for GYC products.

Your key activities and responsibilities are:

  • Development of channel/ category management strategies for our key channels DIY, Garden Centers and Groceries incl. indirect e-commerce as part of a European Fiskars Go-to-Market approach in accordance with the overall business strategy.                                            

  • Developing in close cooperation with the Business Unit channel / category specific 4P Go-to-Market guidelines and ensuring that these guidelines are adapted and implemented according to local / regional requirements by local customer and shopper marketing.          

  • Development of new trade promotion concepts including Pan-European display solutions

  • Optimizing in-store POS materials based on best-in-class shopper education and activation concepts

  • Generating superior shopper insights and knowledge as part of building leading category management know how

  • Owning and managing customer and shopper related budgets.

  • Strong alignment with Business Unit in terms of new/existing product development roll-outs and media investments

  • Ensuring in close cooperation with corresponding local customer and shopper marketing functions that local trade investments across all relevant accounts are targeted and efficient to secure successful implementation of defined channel/customer specific 4P guidelines.

  • Setting clear executional direction and standards for the European sales organization, facilitating the development of in-store execution and category development capabilities in sales units

  • Taking the lead in future category management projects for key Pan-European trade partners

To succeed in this position we expect you to have:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Management or related field         

  • 8+ years progressive selling experience (Account management, customer & shopper marketing, marketing is a benefit) across different mass market channels including leading international DIY and local garden center groups and grocery, at least 4 years in a leading customer and shopper marketing role managing sales professionals in a (FM)CG environment directly or functionally.

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing compelling go-to-market strategies across different markets and channels, being a strong driver of change with the ability to influence, motivate and coach across a matrix organization through building effective networks

    • Profound understanding of mass market channels like DIY, garden centers and grocery in multiple countries

    •  Proven capability in formulating and executing go-to-market strategies and concepts

    • Rich experience in functional people management within an international matrix organisation

    • Understanding how to build up shopper knowledge and to turn it into meaningful concepts to drive best in class in-store activation & education

    • Proven change management experiences ideally on European level

  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a track-record of delivering outstanding commercial results

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Finance Director, Sales Region Asia-Pacific.

Working closely together with the Asia Pacific Finance Director and the regional management, the main purpose of the job is to support the business performance management and strategy implementation throughout Asia Pacific.

In addition the job holder will act as finance and control manager for the regional head office in Hong Kong, while working together with the external partner that provide the accounting services.
