Viime kesänä palkkasimme myymälöihin yli 40 kesätyöntekijää ja kokemuksemme olivat erittäin positiivisia. Kesäksi 2014 etsimme jälleen kielitaitoisia, energisiä, innokkaita ja asiakaspalveluhenkisiä nuoria Iittala-myymälöihimme ja lisäksi tarjoamme nuorille mielenkiintoisia töitä eri tehtailtamme Suomessa.

Customer Service Representative (full time)

 

 

Function

The Customer Service Representative supports our (key) Account Managers in the Benelux and Germany/Austria and is responsible for the daily commercial sales activities and sales operations to our customers within the Benelux, Germany and Austria. The role is a typical “spider-in-the-web” job with responsibilities in building and maintaining relations with customers, key account managers, retail operations manager, distribution centre in Finland, carriers and our headquarters in Finland on a commercial and operational level. For a future perspective the company offers the opportunity to develop towards an account manager role.

 

Place in the organization

  • Is part of the Customer Service Team.
  • Works very closely together with and supports the Key Account Managers and Retail Operations Manager in the Benelux and Germany/Austria.
  • Reports to the Operations Manager Central Europe.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Processing of (web)orders, questions, requests and order proposals
  • Supporting of the Key Account Managers and Retail Operations Manager in the Benelux and Germany/Austria
  • Handling of complaints and improving procedures
  • All common administrative tasks
  • Has the challenge to exceed the expectations of the customers to bind them even more to our Fiskars brands
  • Makes decisions and sets priorities for an optimal progression and if necessary together with the Operations Manager
  • Manages autonomic the customer files

 

Job requirements and skills

  • MBO+/HBO level of professional and intellectual ability

Office Assistant m/f (part-time)

 

 Function

As office assistant you give general administrative support to the office based functions Finance, HR and Customer Service. Additionally you provide secretarial support to the management.

  

Place in the organization

  • You will report to the unit’s Finance Manager.
  • Within the Oosterhout organization you will interact with Customer Service, Sales, and HR.
  • Within the Fiskars Group you will interact with the shared financial service center in Helsinki.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Receptionist tasks (incl. central phone desk, welcoming guests, organizing meetings/lunches, ordering office supplies)
  • Invoice scanning & other assisting financial tasks
  • Assisting HR administration (store’s hour registration, sick leaves and holidays)
  • Contract management (incl. archiving)
  • Postal tasks
  • General administrative support to the management (archiving, correspondence)

Account Support Manager m/f  (full time)

 

 

Function

As account support manager you support the sales development of the sales team by pro actively giving forecasting insights, sales reports, and stimuli in order to exceed sales performance. Your responsibility area covers all regions, sales channels, customers, and own stores in Benelux, Germany and Austria, as well as all product categories of Fiskars.   

 

Additionally, it is your task to maintain the sales forecast and demand planning, in close cooperation with the Head of Sales and the Operations manager.

 

 

Place in the organization

  • You will report to Head of Sales and, in a dotted line, to the Operations manager.
  • Within the Oosterhout organization you will interact with the Trade Marketing Manager, Key) account Managers, the Customer Service representatives and Finance.
  • Within the Fiskars Group you will interact with Sales and Supply planners at Helsinki HQ.

 

 

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Sales reporting for the sales team - according to set agenda (this relates to regional, channel, customers and location level as well as category and product level)
  • Analyze reports, monitor sales developments against targets and initiate improvement proposals
  • Prepare sales meetings by analyzing and pointing out sales results of the sales team
  • Support the sales team and Trade Marketing by execution of commercial plans and creating business models and commercial contracts
  • Account support (e.g. prepare customer offers, creating business models)
  • Follow up on customer conditions and price setting
  • Support the sales manager in forecasting the demand for all Home/Kitchen/Garden channels considering all activity plans and promotions
  • Maintain forecast based on analyzing forecast flow and input from marketing and sales
  • Manage the list of slow- and non-moving items
  • Pro-actively supporting the Sales Manager and (Key) Account Managers in the Benelux and Germany/Austria.

  • Good computer experience of Windows, MS office, Excel and SAP APO is a must
  • Experience in fast moving consumer goods; affinity with our assortment

Young Prospect is Fiskars’s own trainee program in which students are given a possibility to get work experience from their own field while working in an inspiring design environment.

There are three Young Prospect Programs inside Fiskars:

  • Young Prospect for Finance
  • Young Prospect for Supply Chain
  • Young Prospect for Sales and Marketing

In each program trainees (Young Prospects) are offered a specific position in a specific function; job requirements and working hours depend on both the business need and a candidate. Young Prospects are paid trainees' salary. 

Young Prospect program is designed for University students but there are sometimes positions available for new graduates as well. We are looking for young talents, who have humble yet ambitious attitude towards working and who are willing to develop themselves step by step. The program is designed so that it enables students to continue studying alongside working. We have flexible working hours, part time contracts and understanding that exam dates need to be free. For graduates there are also full time working possibilities available depending on a business need.

Even if our main focus in on working, Young Prospect Program offers more than just work experience. The program includes different kinds of events eg. annual study trip to one of our factory, Chief Officer’s case competitions and other possibilities to network inside our company.
