This structure takes into account the fact that success in each of our business areas is governed by strong insight into consumers and retail partners, complemented by sound commercial thinking. We aim to solve the challenges faced by our customers and bring new, truly innovative products to market.
Strengthening the bondsWe have positioned collaboration as one of our key drivers for future development. Increased collaboration is beginning to make itself felt in all areas of our activities, from new IT tools to English-language training throughout the company to provide us with a common language. We believe that greater collaboration will lead to better results across our businesses.
To promote collaboration, the transfer of innovations, and networking, we will increase employee rotation between different business areas and regions. A common internal job market will be extended to all Fiskars employees in 2011. |
