AuditThe Company's Auditor is KPMG Oy Ab, Authorized Public Accountants, with Mr. Mauri Palvi, APA, as auditor with main responsibility.
A total of EUR0.8 million was paid in fees to the auditors employed by Group companies in 2009. The Auditor was also paid EUR0.2 million for non-audit services. The latter fees were related to the combination of the Company's share series, tax matters, and other matters. |
