Customer Service Representatives (full time)




The Customer Service Representative supports our (key) Account Managers DACH region and is responsible for the daily commercial sales activities and sales operations to our customers within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The role is a typical “spider-in-the-web” job with responsibilities in building and maintaining relations with customers, key account managers, Sales Representatives, distribution centre in The Netherlands and our headquarters in Finland on a commercial and operational level.


Place in the organization

  • Is part of new Customer Service Team.

  • Works very closely together with and supports the Key Account Managers Sales Representatives in Germany/Austria.

  • Reports to the Sales & Operations Manager, Sales Unit DACH. 


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Processing of (web)orders, questions, requests and order proposals

  • Supporting of the Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives in the DACH Region

  • Handling of complaints and improving procedures

  • All common administrative tasks

  • Has the challenge to exceed the expectations of the customers to bind them even more to our Fiskars brands

  • Makes decisions and sets priorities for an optimal progression

  • Manages autonomic the customer files


    Job requirements and skills

  • Economic education and intellectual ability

  • Good knowledge of  German, English and or other languages 

  • Good computer experience of Windows, MS office and SAP ECC is a must

Your main responsibility is mould drawing. To produce an excellent glass product, which acknowledges product and environmental requirements, we need excellent moulds. To achieve the target, you will design and draw the moulds in close co-operation with production, the new product development team and designers. Your responsibility is to implement the moulds into production as well as developing and maintaining existing production moulds in close co-operation with the production and maintenance. In the new product development process you will have the key role to make the new product manufacturable and to assist with the product drawings. You will report to the Product Development Manager. 

Key responsibilities of this position are:

  • To design and draw production moulds

  • To implement moulds into production

  • To maintain and develop the existing production moulds

  • To be a part of glass new product development team and make the products manufacturable


  • Excellent  knowledge in designing and drawing with different drawing soft ware

  • Experience in using Solid Works

  • Glass process knowledge

  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience

  • General computer literacy

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Excellent written and spoken Finnish

Fiskars Tax function is looking for an

Indirect Tax and Customs Specialist

who thrives in the busy and dynamic working environment of the Global Tax team. In Finance, we aim to be world class in everything we do –nothing less. It is all about managing and supporting our business to deliver sustainable value creation for Fiskars and our customers.  Filling the legal requirements is our minimum quality standard. Excellence in Finance is ultimately measured by how we contribute to achievement of Fiskars’ commercial objectives. The Global Tax team strives to provide our management and businesses with high-level professional service, and you will be given an important role in the Global Tax team, reporting to the Group Tax Manager. In the Indirect Tax and Customs Specialist role, you will collaborate daily with colleagues in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Units and Sales across all the geographical areas.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Supporting the execution and refinement of Fiskars Group's tax strategy and policies
  • Managing Fiskars Group's indirect tax and customs matters globally
  • Defining and implementing indirect tax and customs related processes and controls to improve compliance and efficiency
  • Working in close collaborating with Global Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Units, Sales and other relevant departments and educating key stakeholders about indirect tax technicalities and risk management
  • Participating in global projects and leading of indirect tax and customs related projects in an international setting
  • Managing indirect tax and customs audits and negotiations with tax and customs authorities globally
  • Actively maintaining expertise level knowledge in the area of cross-border indirect tax and customs
  • Maintaining contacts with external advisors

Your professional competencies

  • Masters Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience from consulting or industry
  • Solid expertise of international/cross-border indirect tax and customs
  • Wide understanding of business processes, operating models, finance and taxation
  • Proactive attitude to turn knowledge into opportunities and deliver results in complex environment
  • Experience and skills to negotiate with authorities
  • Fluency in English
