We are looking for an INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER located primarily at Helsinki campus to strengthen our cluster North East sales team, reporting to Director, Key Customers.

You are responsible ofour international strategic key accounts, determined by Fiskars Key Customers Team. Your main responsibility is to drive cluster strategy into action by joint business planning with the assigned customers together with Fiskars internal network. You act on daily basis as primary lead, major interface and coordinator for all activities for the assigned customers across all functions and clusters/ countries. You participate in joint business planning and budgeting with assigned customers and drive category management. Furthermore, you should be able to identify and work on new potential International Key Account customers.

You are successful in this role if you have minimum seven years of B2B sales experience of which five years in international sales with a proven track-record of account management, preferably within the field of FMCG. You are able to identify the decision making and organizational layers of the strategic customers. Interpersonal skills are highly valued, as you act with both external and internal stakeholders. Previous experience of working in international matrix organization and leading a team in a matrix is considered a plus. Category based, as well as, solution selling experience is valued. You have analytical skills and follow-up on budgets and forecasts on daily basis. University degree, preferably in business and international experience of working abroad, together with willingness to travel is needed.  Fluency in English and Finnish is required, Swedish and German skills are considered as a plus.

We are looking for an CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER located at Helsinki campus to strengthen our Customer Marketing team reporting to Senior Go-to Market Manager.

You are responsible of creating annual business strategy together with our B2B sales team focusing on channel/ distributor marketing strategy. You participate and represent marketing expertise in joint business planning customer meetings together with our sales. You are able to execute and follow-up on agreed B2B marketing activities in these meetings.  You have full responsibility of budgeting and execution of different marketing activities, events and campaigns per channel on daily basis. You have deep technical SAP knowledge and solid project management competencies that will help you efficiently drive and support Fiskars’ SAP projects. Summary of the job

As the head of the Distribution Center you have the overall responsibility of the operative performance and development of the third party operated CE DC. You will lead the Fiskars Logistics team onsite. In your role you ensure that Fiskars responds to diverse and changing customer requirements in a flexible and cost efficient way. Most import KPIs relate to service level and costs. 

Major Activities & Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of the customer deliveries from Central European DC.

  • Leading the developing Fiskars logistic team onsite at ‘s Heerenberg

  • Overall responsibility of the operative short and long term performance of Central European DC in terms of financial targets, delivery capability, service level and quality of processes.

  • Cooperation with internal (sales units, customer service, factories, etc.) and external (selected logistic partners) parties.

  • LSP management

  • Participate in logistics strategy creation and development projects within Fiskars Supply Chain.

 

To succeed in this position we expect you to have:

  • Master degree preferably in logistics or industrial management 

  • Several years of experience in management and development of an operational business unit. Min 5 years   

  • Wide knowledge and understanding of supply chain management

  • Proven and strong leadership and people management skills.

The main responsibility of the Consumer Insights function is to support the profitable growth of brands and categories in the English & Crystal Living BU. The Manager, Consumer and Market Insights has holistic responsibility of all consumer insights and intelligence activities in English & Crystal Living. He/she is responsible for:

1) planning and phasing consumer insights input and outcomes for key BU processes and functions;

Pricing Manager

 

The Pricing Manager is responsible for enabling the pricing and trade terms strategy and execution for Fiskars Europe. In this role he/she will coordinate and monitor the price waterfall from suggested retail prices to triple-net prices on both European and country level. The Pricing Manager will have the mandate to drive the roll-out of a new harmonized European pricing and trade terms process in the current systems. He/she will act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Operations, both on a European and country level. During the design and implementation phases he/she will have a key role to participate in working sessions and deliver project related topics, ensure timely rollout and provide support for the countries. Other tasks include developing organizational processes in line with strategic objectives, and enabling systems for effective ongoing monitoring.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Participate for design- and implementation phase to prepare analysis, coordinate process setup and evaluate performance    
  • Steer and monitor suggested retail prices, list prices, discounts, rebates and trade marketing spend    
  • Drive and monitor the roll-out of Fiskars’ harmonized, conditional trade terms framework     
  • Analyze, evaluate and report pricing and trade terms insights. Facilitate and act upon day-to-day pricing and trade terms challenges    
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Operations, & spar with key account management on European pricing and negotiations 
  • Refine and continuously improve existing pricing and trade terms guidelines, organizational process, monitoring and systems

In order to succeed in this position you will need

  • M.Sc. (Econ, Major Accounting), BBA or equivalent, Master degree preferred   
  • >5 years, at least 2 years directly responsible for pricing, customer program creation and trade terms   
  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills, intercultural awareness and sensitivity; independent thinker   
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, attention to detail and has the ability to analyze a high volume of data to build informative reports   
  • International business experience in a consumer goods environment, including retail and e-commerce
